Was erwartet dich konkret?
- Du pflegst Inhalte auf unserer Plattform – strukturiert, verständlich und aus Sicht der User:innen.
- Du prüfst bestehende Angebote und erkennst Unstimmigkeiten oder Fehler.
- Du unterstützt bei der Testung neuer Features und dokumentierst deine Ergebnisse.
- Du hilfst mit, Anforderungen zu formulieren und unsere internen Abläufe zu verbessern.
- Du unterstützt punktuell bei Nutzer:innenanfragen und bekommst direkten Einblick in die Customer Experience.

- Weiter geht es mit einem 15-minütigen Telefoninterview, bei dem du und Kyle euch erstmals kennenlernt.
- Danach tauschst du dich in einem Videocall mit Yasmin (Team Lead) und Kyle aus.
- Der letzte Schritt ist eine Hospitation (ca. 2-3 Stunden) bei uns im Büro, an dem du an echten Aufgaben mitarbeiten und unser Team treffen wirst
